Don't know yet, we will be sending it for professional translation soon and will post the whole manga on Project Umbrella. It takes place in the Far East, so the North American and Far East branches of the BSAA are involved (Chris is leader of the SOU Alpha Team here).

A mysterious girl carrying an Umbrella case arrives at Marhawa School, the largest elite school in Asia, and spreads the t-virus. The next day, one student turns into a zombie and starts killing. The chief director of the school (Mother Gratia) sends a letter to Doug Wright, a university professor and adviser to the Far East branch of the BSAA, informing him of the situation. He leaves. At the same time, Chris and another North American member, as well as a Far East agent, are in a warzone and are attacked by Zombie Dogs and Lickers.

That's all I can gather from the storyline without the actual dialogue.
