I don't think so, at least not every six hours. Most update changes tend to go up around after 5pm on the eastern side of the US, which is obviously earlier the further west you go. I don't think it's set firmly though, I know other things have come slightly earlier and slightly later. There is probably info with more specifics avaliable elsewhere.

PAL stores are all updated the same time the UK one is annoyingly, not via segemented date/time requirements... which it usually updates in the afternoons, which often means the updates appear in the early hours of the morning for me the "next day" after it's actually supposed to appear.

The PSN demo that will be released today in the next 3-6 hours is the same E3 demo, and is exclsuive for DD owners/people with the DD code (disc not required).

September 18th, will be the public demo for everyone, and it will be the ComicCon demos. Which builds, I do not know, but hopefully the final build.
