  • The only way I could ever cope with Chris killing himself to save humanity if it did exactly that. Literally erased every virus and every bio weapon off of the face of the earth.

After Resident Evil 5 - finally being re-united with Jill, and killing Wesker it honestly felt like he'd come full circle, his main missions completed. I'd of been happy if he'd never be seen again, because I know he's accomplished what he set out to do, coming back just to kill him off? Yeah - i'd be a bit pissed with it to be honest.
But that's the point. We'd be devastated but it would resonate and become one of the most memorable moments of the entire saga. And yeah a death along the lines of Ripley in Alien 3, Jack in Lost, T-800 in T2, De Niro in Heat etc.

Him dying to save the world would be a good one.

Or Leon having the only remaining sample of the virus in his body. You've got government agents trying to get at him and he chooses suicide to ensure it can never fall into the wrong hands again.

Something like that would be great.

        That won't happen.

Remember how Capcom got rid of Wesker? Capcom will never manage to make you shed a tear with Chris' or Leon's death. That's why I don't want Capcom to kill them off.

You clearly failed to understand what I posted. Chris getting infected...they took it from Revelations and apparently shoved it into RE6. When the games take place doesn't matter. I assume you are looking at it from a 'infected = death' perspective but should know better by now.

The secret guy in RE6 for example with special blood, I'm not going to put it past Capcom to use it to cure Chris as obvious as it is.

They didn't take it from Revelations. There's no indication he was infected, just you applying a non-existent context. He is talking about his capture.

I'd be like saying cite is something a child flies in the air, since 'c' can also sound like a 'k' - but in actuality 'cite' and 'kite' are completely different words with completely different meanings.
Just thought I'd blip in here, but yes. The letter h is used, but is completely silent all the time to the point it might as well not be there. Whereas the J in the language makes the more "h" sound English speakers are used to ("jajaja" instead of "hahaha").

The letter H is not silent in the spanish langauge. Hola! Hasta la vista! etc etc

The two examples you just used are examples of when the letter H is indeed silent.

Here we have it, from the mouth of the horse!

EDIT: Just to be clear, Vito, I'm not calling you a horse(or "caballo" in Spanish), I'm just saying, you're from Mexico so you probably know the language better than I do.

That scene could have been taken from when Leon is in Europe, though. Aren't all three stories supposed to converge there?

The irony in this idiotic statement is that you know dick all about me or what I know.

I studied spanish for 5 years from someone who was born and raised in Spain, I passed GCSE in Spanish with an A. For 5 years she debunked the myth that H is silent, claiming it is just very soft and the belief it is silent so widespread that some people actually want it deleted from words especially thanks to other regions versions of the langauge. Every student she taught like that and I as well as others used it in vocal exams and passed highly. She was very on the ball with different regions habits creeping in and making sure they were not used, example cinco in Spain is pronocuned thin-ko, in other regions like mexico it is sin-ko. Unless there has been some shake up in the last twelve years that I missed I'm going to believe what I was taught and passed with.
