Played it many times and I liked, Chris cutscenes was good and Jake gameplay too but there is something wrong with the demo, not sure if it's the controls or the camera or both, but it feels wrong.

I'm not really as pumped after having played the demo as I was after playing the Resident Evil 5 demo (or the Resident Evil 4 demo, but that kind of goes without saying at this point), but I enjoyed it for what it was.
And as someone who usually isn't bothered by such things, they really need to fix the screen tearing before the full game launches. I'm a little concerned now about their decision to move the release up almost a full two months. I don't think anyone would have minded it releasing on November 20th as originally intended if it meant the game would have almost two more months of extra polish.
There are a lot of weird little idiosyncrasies to the control scheme that I think are unnecessary, too. I mean, I understand they don't want it to control exactly like a standard third person shooter, and I'm okay with that, but having to hold down three separate buttons to use cover or to perform a dive roll seems a little overkill.Last edited by Archelon; 07-03-2012, 12:05 PM.

Setting things up to run from USB sticks (or burning to CD/DVD-rom) for use on 360s isn't hard.
Just gotta respect the folder structure.

I knew it, I just knew it that the Zombies would be far to easy, this is why Capcom didn't want the slow Zombies in RE5, slow Zombies with the new controls are just far to easy to take out. Even when you have slow Zombies that can do random jumps and other things, the fact is there are slow and stupid and to easy, but fans wanted Zombies back so they really cannot bitch about it now.
Of course these demos might be suffering from the E3 difficulty settings, making them painfully easy to anyone who knows what they are doing.

The AI is probably set to the lowest like the RE5 demo was, in the full game, and if you actually played on anything over normal, the enemies gained new abilities and ere more aggressive.
Still unable to play this since simple dragging and dropping the file onto USB does shit all, apparently need format the USB stick to work with 360 (and no this is not a given...PS3 doesn't need this) and need use a third party program for some reason.Beanovsky Durst - "They are not pervs. They are japanese."

I cant believe that some of you are saying things that you should have known from watching the gameplay previously. All I have heard so far is things that we already knew. I dont see how you can be suprised at some things when its been there infront of you for the past month. The game looks pretty shit so when I play the demo I will be bang on or pleasntly suprised, You people going in thinking this game rocks of course you will be dissapointed just look at the gameplay vids! Its nothing special at all.

The game is great. What needs to be stressed for people criticizing the camera and controls is that they are fully customizable and a little tweaking leads to a significantly better experience.
Also, this is an old demo build (E3) set to Easy with very poorly chosen segments. The actual game will be significantly improved. Same situation happens with almost all BIO demos.
