Okay so as someone who usually defends the crap out of RE6 I do have my complaints.
Graphics: Yes, the visuals are not up to scratch with RE5, the textures in areas are terribly low resolution and some shaders such as the rain fall on surfaces look way over done, even toning down the opacity of the rain fall itself would have helped improve it, characters are great but then compare those to downright ugly textured on railings of the train car it's just horrible looking. As News Bot said the lighting is nice though.
Chris's scenario: China is really nice, not only is it a naturally nice environment but the lighting and dark atmosphere keep the tone of horror even with bullets flying. Going down a Chinese street while taking on the spider Ja vo sounds mighty fine.
Edonia with Chris.......it just does not do it for me, it's not even the full daylight, it's the missed opportunity. Remember on the bridge in RE5 the bus coming towards the player? that was quite intense, maybe not "horror" but it was a nice intense moment. In Edonia for Chris it is full on basic warfare with nothing to really catch the eye.
Jake and Sherry: I really like it so far, we have a nemesis that will not stop and even though they are both in Edonia their situation is more escape then fighting, that feeling of needing to get out is really good.
Their snow sections bring a new type of challenge, you are fighting the weather and not just the enemies that are cloaked in the snow storm.
