Again, I think it is a nice tie into BH5. I wonder if Excella would have had any influence on letting Chris come in to Kijuju as a single BSAA agent instead of a full fledged team. Was Chris acting as a solo agent though, or was he supposed to be under Dechant's command in Alpha team?

I was under the assumption that he was to team up with Sheva and operate as a two man cell ahead of Dechant's Alpha team before they bought the big one in that warehouse. I think I read that somewhere on Project Umbrella, I'm sure Love Bot will have the full scoop
