There really aren't that many, or many interesting ones. Half that stuff that was in your original post is pretty much old fake information. The licker dropping the severed head beta is real, but it's in a beta that pre-dates the ones we have (meaning, it's not available). But the scene can be unlocked via gameshark codes. As far as I'm aware, there are no RE3 betas available. Just a couple trial discs and an E3 build (which I can't remember is available or not).
