Now, I realize this is IMDb promoting this filth, but oh, dear Satan, no more Steve. It died in CODE: Veronica, and I really want Capcom to make sure they keep it dead.

The voice...Oh, the voice, that can bring a grown man to his knees from the agonizing pain.

Ultimately, I didn't hate Steve's character, but yes, I could not get past the voice at all. I don't know what they were thinking when they cast that dude, but unless Steve has "grown up" and the voice has changed, I don't know if I'd be able to tolerate him Resident Evil 6. Though, I would be intrigued to see how they would bring him back. I'm sure it would be along the lines of what was going on with Jill..."Oh, Wesker just has me frozen in one of his metal tube things, and an earthquake shook the facility breaking my tube, and here we are."

It seems that you're unaware that they hired a different actor to play Steve in the Darkside Chronicles. And that's the same actor who's apparently going to play Steve in RE6.

Sam Riegel helped co-direct the voice acting in Operation: Raccoon City with Liam O'Brien. So it's quite possible he could be involved in RE6 without actually voicing Steve Burnside.
