my brother brought up a good point to me what happened to steve and then we talked about wesker saying something to claire like as for steve i have some plans for him this might be a wild guess but do you guys think that steve could have an appearance in 6?? or maybe even wesker went as far as to preserve his body and injected some of weskers genetics in him incase something happened to him?? welli waswondering what you guys might think.

I still stand by my opinion that Wesker only said that to upset Claire and edge her on. So yeah, Steve is dead. Could he come back? Possibly. From what it seems like however, Wesker took whatever remained of the T-Veronica virus out of his corpse and then just ditched him. Perhaps he is alive and could return in a future RE title but for now, there's no reason to believe so.

I think that Mercenary might be him , well if you compare his face to steves Recent Face in darkside , looks same face but aged and with scratch and his hair have be cut off , while it still retains the same color and the eyes colors are the same , soo no Doubt about the blood thing , it even makes more sense if the blonde girl is sherry , they both faced this stuff .... Possible why not ? , Wesker was supposed to be dead remember ? He was revived with a virus Lmao ? this whole revival thing is stupid , soo Steve being alive not worse than Wesker x)
