It seems that you're unaware that they hired a different actor to play Steve in the Darkside Chronicles. And that's the same actor who's apparently going to play Steve in RE6.

A rumor at this point.

Haha, I actually feel quite stupid now because I totally forgot about the Darkside Chronicles. When people mention Steve, I automatically go to the original CODE: Veronica version.

From what I can remember, the Darkside Chronicles version was tolerable.
