They've done it before. Tekken 3D Prime Edition included a feature-Length 3D Movie. The compression was rather good. Not sure about having 2 full feature films in there, though.

It'd make a lot more sense on Vita but then you'd lose the 3D part
I believe that a Vita game card has the same capacity as a 3DS game card (at the moment, at least). Most Vita games are over 1GB and go up to 3.5 GB. Theoretically, they can go up to 8GB but no game has come close to needing that.

But I guess you could use Vita's memory cards to save the films into one of them and leave the game card just for the game. But the whole set up can be pricey (Vita memory cards are not exactly cheap and you wouldn't want to fill them up with a movie or two).
Stuff to remember: Avoid forums if you're having a bad day.

I'm sure you agree that there are different expectations between Tekken and Resident Evil. It just seems weird to me unless the "all in one" part is simply incorrect and they mean it's all bundled together. They had to use a bigger cartridge for Revelations so if this game is sharing space with 2 CG movies I wouldn't expect much out of it.

Well if any of this is true, another option is that when you buy the game for the 3DS, it includes a code that you can use to download the movies unto the SD card. Considering that Nintendo is getting more aggressive with the whole digital side of things (especially on the 3DS), that could be an option they could use.

Hell, the movies could be DLC that cost you extra. It is Capcom after all.

Or they may pull out the ol' Capcom RE trick they pull... Two Cartridges, one box. In the past they've had games spread out over two discs before. You may get a game cart and a movie cart.

But all that went down on home consoles and back in the days when downloading games wasn't as common as it is today. Times have changed.

Presently, there is talk about doing away with cards/carts and simply having full games downloaded to your handheld. Even Nintendo is going to start doing that soon. They already said that their first party retail games would be available at eShop. All of them.

IMO, downloading the movies would be the most practical option (if they don't fit in a 4GB card). Because using a 2nd cart would just cost more (the cards are proprietary cards and they cost more than regular SD cards).

All I know is that I want a Claire game not Claire in a shitty and short game. But this is Capcom so we can expect anything sadly.

Expect the worst from Capcom and you won't be disappointed when it actually comes true.

...and people keep asking why I don't expect great things from RE6?

Still, has there been anything remotely official on this yet?

                          "Nintendo (exclusive)"

You better hope Sony buys Nintendo.

And that this rumor is true.

RE4 was never exclusive to Gamecube (the PS2 port was announced 5 days before the cube version went on sale).

However, these main games were exclusive to Nintendo consoles:

Exclusive for 10 years (and counting). Even with the Wii games people had to wait at least 3 years to get them.

                                EDIT: Beaten
