We actually sell this chocolate at my store. Sadly, we don't sell the Wesker variation.

It is a German chocolate, and oddly enough all of their candies with people on the boxes are blonde haired and blue eyed. It almost seems as if the founders of the company are direct descendants on a previous German dictator...
