So who is on the cover of the US version of Resident Evil 2?
Strange, I always thought it was that teacher from Daria.

It's a Zombie or G type monster. I prefer the NTSC/J and PAL covers as they are of a Zombie from the Romero commercials. The US cover is cool but not great IMO. The more subtle NTSC/J and PAL covers were darker and more scary.
I think I read somewhere that it's not chris, but some other guy.
I can't remember,anyone know what I'm talking about or am I wrong?
I do remember something along those lines, but I can't recall the exact details. Lost in the sands of time, just like that video game magazine with a zombie Leon on the cover that only I remember.

The person on the RE1 cover is Richard Aiken, that was his appearance in a Wildstorm prequel comic.
On RE2 it's just a random Zombie.
I have that comic but never paid it much attention. Makes sense with that assault shotgun he's holding, even though he didn't have time to use it in the first game. Perhaps Yawn swallowed it when attacking Richard, thus it never existing in the original :/

Actually I have always wondered if that was supposed to be Chris, it looks really weird in general as Chris or Richard.
Never thought the PAL cover was from the live action commercials for RE2 though, good to know. It attracted me to the game on the shelf back in the N64 days. Creepy.
