Seriously? Wow, out of the three times I've played RE3, I have not seen that scene once. He appears on the other side of the save rooms door? Well, looks like I gotta replay RE3 again.

The scene itself doesn't happen, only the fact that Nemesis pursues you.

Yeah, that's exactly what I mean. So it doesn't happen then? That's to bad, I remember being so scared when I originally played RE3, waiting for that scene to happen.

Not really a rumor, but when RE4 came out, my friend and I vowed to stay up all night playing it. I wussed out and went to bed around 2am, but he stayed up. When I got up again in a few hours, he was still playing and the first thing he told me was "Ada showed up."

a Rumour i heard about RE3 when i was a kid was that if near the end in the sewage treatment plant (just before you fight nemesis for the second to last time) there was a door where if you went through it you would run into a female nemesis and have to fight that instead.... yep I actually believed that, up until i completed the game for my self anyway.

Just enter the restaurant and when he turns up hide/run or whatever and he wil pursue you through the streets, enter the save room and when you exit he be right there waiting. Most areas he stays offscreen until a camera angle can blindsight his entrance.

Keep all the keys in RE1 (rather than discarding them) and you'd get something...other than a box full of used keys.

I remember talking about RE3 while it was in development at school and one of the other kids said he read about it having zombies armed with weapons. Maybe this was Nemesis but I liked the idea of zombies with guns not as tactical enemies but I liked the idea of that being the primary source of your ammo and guns. Kill a police zombie get a pistol/pistol ammo from their corpse, soldier zombie had a rifle etc. Makes more sense than the gunpowder thats lying everywhere (but I still loved the ammo crafting) . . .

I read that too! It was in a magazine actually. I don't remember the name but it had a pic of Nemesis' face on the cover.

Thinking back it'd most likely be PSM I recall him saying he got a memroy card free with the same magazine maybe not the same issue. Another rumour even before then was the existence of Battle Mode from the Saturn version of RE1 being in the PS1 version aswell. This again started at school from one guy having the Saturn version and another saying yeah I've got that mode but it's the PS1 I've got. He went on about having to clear the game as both characters probably with some bullshit about time limits or whatnot I don't recall. Looking back it made sense afterall why would one version have content the other didn't? At the time I hadn't even completed it as Chris so just forgot about it. infact I never completed RE1 as Chris until years later, after RE2 . . .
