So what platform will you be using to play RE6?

When I finally get around to buying it...probably whichever comes to hand. My PS3's wireless seems to have died and I can't wire both consoles at once (seriously, I tried with a ethernet splitter and the 360 had a shit fit about sharing. It worked fine until the PS3 got turned on, then wouldn't connect again until it had all be plugged/unplugged) but that's just a matter of pulling the lead out the 360 and sticking it in the PS3.

That or which friends have it on which machine.

I'm not trying in any fasion to start a Platform flame war,just my reasoning to get the PS3 Ver.

1.PS3 online if free. The 360 ver is 60$ -_-
2 The game is going to be 30+ hrs and I hold my breath that my 3rd 360 won't overheat when I play large games on it and RROD on me....my PS3 on the otherhand is my 60GB launch model and I've never had a single issue.
3 now this is a personal prefrence,I just like the feel of the PS3 controller.
4 I don't like the sound of Jet engines on the 360 wile playing games O.o

BUT!! I do agree that when it comes to multiplatform games they do look slightley better on the 360,"Sans FFXIII & XIII-2"but the small visual is not enough to make me play the 360. Thats why the only time I'll get a game for it is if it's exclusive like the first Deadrising,Left 4 Dead 1&2,Deadrising 2 DLC exclusive,Ect... I don't have xbox live and I've never playd it online once.

I don't have the new XBOX Slim model so maby some of my gripes about the RROD and the sound of it runnung are quite...I don't know.But I do know it still 60$ for online

SO in closing,to the 360 owners,is there something I'm missing? Is the online better? I'm being honest and not trying to be mean.I'm just curious why some people feel it's the superior system.
Is it you only own a 360 or you just like the 360 for whayever reason I can understand. But when you say it's the Better,superior system over the PS3 I'd like to know why.

360 for sure. Bought DR2 on the PS3 and that game looked like ass! Took it back the next day and got the 360 version, ever since then I've always played multi platform games on the 360 unless it's FFXIII.

My 360 RROD on me about 3 years back. Microsoft fixed it for me, and since then, I've not had an issue. Personally, one thing that I really enjoy on 360 is the party system. Not having to be in the same game and still being able to chat with a group of people is a nice thing for me. Helps a TON when I'm grinding in an RPG or attempting to go for achievements.

£40 ($60 in your case) a year is not going to take such a huge chunk out of your savings, you probably spend much more than that on other things.

5$ per month? Isn't that the same fee of the extinct Japanese Server of Resident Evil Outbreak?
What's so bad about it? When it's Outbreak, everyone makes a compliment, like "If it wasn't for the fee, the servers would get closed down.". When it's Xbox 360, everyone hates it, even though it's a much larger online server.

Considering how it seems like RE6 is gonna play, I pre-ordered it for Xbox. Plus, I'm getting Dragon's Dogma on Xbox so I'll have the demo for it on Xbox as well.

I'll probably end up getting the PC version, as well, for the mods, as others have mentioned. Endless fun, when wacky mods are involved.
