The idea of the logo/title RE with the obvious RX medical prescriptions connection is an idea that I'm amazed had never been used before now too. I like that idea.

I knew Anderson was using the enemies on bikes thing, but arming them with chainsaws across the ground... it's like the latest Twisted Metal game and other stupid things. Even after all the silly things he's done in the films I didn't know he could take and already crazy idea from the games and then somehow even make it crazier/more stupid like that.
