It's okay for me. All i wanted are informative replies from the team. If they dont lose interest is good. I miss messages from Birkin explaining what they are currently working but its okay.

By the way i dont trust on percentages, because you can say its 80% and still have much work to do, the only thing that we can do is wait.

Okay, since it doesn't seem like anyone's gonna ban him anytime soon, here's what you can do in the meantime. Click his name, then go to his profile. Click "Add to Ignore List". In my case, I already have him blocked, hence why it says "remove", but hell if I'm gonna do that. Just block him, and move on. Problem solved.

He just posts sporadic unreadable nonsense but actually doesn't cause any trouble or attacks anyone, so technically there's no reason to ban him. Just ignore the guy and move on, everyone should already figured out what's his game.
