I'm interested in the coliseum demo and looking forward to playing that actually more than the 1.5 game. I just want to go through fighting the various monsters anymore than caring about the story or puzzles. How many playable characters will there be? Is it just Elza and Leon?

3 Leons and 3 Elzas, each corresponding to a different course/inventory. Briefly, there are 3 courses and 6 inventories in total. I may add a difficulty setting for Normal and Hard, where Hard slightly changes health and damage for enemies.

Anyways, I already sent 3 testers a rough demo to check on some first impressions. Tomorrow we will start the actual testing.

Glad to see things are moving along. I'm looking forward to the main game demo. but this is nice too... I'm excited.

REmember when RE2 was delayed and then scrapped and reworked and we finally got a demo? demos were big back then. They came with other games and on compilation cds in magazines. We had our first looks at re1.5 and re2 on some of these magazines/Cds. Don't forgot them. oh sometimes there would be a video on the demo disc instead of a demo. Videos are cool but not as nice as demos

The demo usuaLly demonstrated the game mechanics, introduced you to them and the characters. They usUally ended on a cliffhanger that left you wanting more. Did you guys have similar experiences with demos?

True, we can be thankful that there's 3 Leons and Elzas. I prefer those extra costumes and unlockables to keep hidden until the completed game
