^It reads "Secretary's Office" from what I can tell, which is what they turned the 3F RPD Elevator Hallway into.

Right Click > View Image > CTRL + Scrollwheel Up is all the zooming you'll need to read the text.

Seems like some people get a bit personal about 1.5. Unfortunately for those, this is a discussion. Being that the thread is about 1.5 and IGAS' restoration of it, discussion and compliments will be put forward whenever information, screenshots or even avatar pics showing off the games progress is released. It will spark discussion and speculation, it's a given. With it being a discussion, if you don't like it then you are not required to be apart of it.

Anyway, aside from that, I'm liking the new avatar picture of Leon in his civilian costume. I only check the thread once or twice a day so I have missed out a few of the avatars shown, but the ones that were saved are looking great.

You guys are going an incredible job. This wasn't clear from the FAQs - is the final release (2014'ish) going to be the modified 40% build, or will it be a 100% built (40% + 60% community made)?
