Another discovery by Project Umbrella that has been waiting for a few years to be discovered. Originally meant to be featured in Outbreak, several of the U.B.C.S. characters that never made it into the game thanks to low disk space and poor sales were meant to be from the U.B.C.S. C (Charlie) Platoon. For reference, Carlos and Mikhail are from Delta Platoon while Nicholai is from Bravo Platoon.
