There's a brief scene after they show the names of the voice/motion capture actors, and then after that, the credits proper begin with the RE6 footage.
-
Is there anything post-credits or does stopping right as the movie ends pretty much put you in the clear?

For some reason, throughout almost the entirety of the end credits, cutscene footage from Resident Evil 6 plays in the background, and a good majority of it is made up of scenes we haven't seen.

It's simply boring dialogue any way you slice it.

In RE5, pretty much every scene ended with him saying something akin to "Let's get on with the mission." It's just boring dialogue, which is something Chris has had much more of throughout the series than Leon. Chris had a few zingers in the original, but that's not canon, so it's irrelevant. Also, how does Chris smoking make him interesting?Last edited by Kei_M; 09-11-2012, 08:03 PM.

RE6 seems to have given Chris some personality, which is great and well overdue. Yes, I am aware that they tried to flesh out his personality with his desk in RE2/RE3 (disorderly mess, guitar, etc.), but that's never expanded on. In the games, Chris is far from disorderly (until RE6, that is). And as dull as I think Chris is, at least he has more personality than Jill.
The original Resident Evil literally had two characters to choose from: bland action-hero male protagonist and dull token hot female protagonist. Neither had personality, and if you ask me it's because the player was supposed to project themselves onto the character. Remake barely changed any of this. Only with RE2 onward did character development start to slowly occur.
I think you're right about Chris and Jill having a Mulder-Scully thing going on, though (but without all the romantic BS towards the end).

Time for an Unlikely News Bot Prediction!
I'm hoping Ada is the CIA agent Leon is meant to rendevous with.

If you think that Chris is boring cuz he aint making stupid jokes like Leon did in 4,then I feel sorry for you.
Chris is the character who gain alot through series existence.
Spoiler:
We know fairly enough about his past .He got habits, even hobbies .Yes,indeed, habits n hobbies, that's why I like him.
Chris is skilled guy,he's pilot.
Pretty temper guy judging by Jill's diary and his "disagreements" with officers. His interaction with Claire n Jill is intriguing .It's always interesting to watch em if they hanging around together, especially with Jill, sorta reminds me of Scally and Malder relationship from x files.
Chris smoked in original resident evil. He's not smoking in remake, but still
he carries lighter and later in cv gives it to his sister, meaning that he didn't say goodbuy to cigarettes in some way.He started to smoke again in 6th.
He wears leather jacket with "made in heaven" labeled on it,he play guitar,He's pretty disorderly if you check his desk in the stars office. Taught Claire self-defense(interesting backgraund on his and clair's relationship)
Judging by the dialogue from LIN, Chris studied chemistry and prefer to do it with the young girls.Yep. Perhaps Chris don't know how to act with children, despite the fact that he has younger sister. On mission with Jill in Russia (prelude to a fall), they encounter frightened girl named Anna.Chris on that time acted like a dambass.Chris got a bad habit not to tell anyone where he disappears.(Claire was looking for him in 2/cv.Jill after re3 evens too.Same in 6.)And Chris loves fishing for sure ;) cv batle game image.I find his obsession with things interesting too.Obsession with umbrella,Wesker (one of the main protogonists vs main antogonist, who hates him the most),the way Chris care about Jill. His depression and unwillingness to have other partner after her death kinda touched me.
And of course,Roger Craig Smith mutches Chris best. That voice got something in it...
That's quet alot you can say about this guy.He got personality. That's why i like him more than enyone in this game and why i wona watch him.
It's awesome how they progress chris further in 6.Alchool..Nuts...great.
Sorry for offtop, just kinda pisses me off when someone saying that chris sux.
Back on topic. Not really the fan of degeneration, but still it is biohazrd universe,it's canon to a story so I'm preordering this on too.It looks promising.

While he jokes around, he isn't a self-satisfied dickhead and jokes aren't 99% of his dialogue. He's exactly what you'd think a survivor of a zombie-filled town turned six year trained agent would be.
