It is a shame, Capcom had big plans for Outbreak, sadly they chose a generation to early to try and bring it to it's full potential.

wise guy. if they would release outbreaks today, would be the 3D action-paced 3rd person shooter.

That is true, infact I personally believe Operation Raccoon City was Capcom's way of trying to release a game for the newer gamers of today but also try to give us a Outbreak styled game after all the fan pleading.
