I recently found out there's a DirectX9 compatible plugin for epsxe, it's the same Gabest GSdx used in pcsx2 release GSdx9 0.11.4, just wondering since TexMod works with DirectX9 if it'd work to rexture ps1 games, I can't test myself since I don't have DirectX9 compatible gpu atm, if you guys want to try it and report back your findings feel free.
