Roy's animation looks too fast to me, probably to keep up with John before he shoots, you can see Roy ice skating forwards at the end too.

Looking at the iso rooms 203,207,209,20B should all be fixable in the PVB the first 3 being Leon only rooms, last one both characters, I've noticed a few difference to the MZD the other day when using cheats, the file lba refrences are missing for various rooms in the PVB even though the BSS & RDT exist, the same goes for some of the character PLD's, patch the refrences and the files load normally.
The Aligator room should link onto the flood corridor if it doesn't already.
