Is there any compelted MOD'S out there?

from the looks of things i think not, im looking for anything resident evil,1,2 and 3 related

im looking for like...new games, characters storylines using these games engine. i know there were a few projects like rebeccas escape but thats not completed

No I don't think so , there is one coming out very soon hopefully called Mortal night and you can get on the modding forum.
I played the first demo and it was a lot of fun.

But other then that I don't think there are any most people just give up and get bored once they realize how much hard work and effort it takes to create a full mod.
