While skimming through Bioflames, I found the camera codes that Jarnold found ages ago for file 2. (I think they're for file 2, or perhaps 1? I can't remember.)
Change Camera Position
004DB3AD 000000XX
Player 2 = 01
Player 3 = 02
Player 4 = 03
Unfortunately he reported that you can't just switch cameras on the fly to other players or it freezes. I have yet to try it though.
If it does work, you can assign a joker command along with the AI codes to switch between players to perform specific tasks.
If it freezes, try performing the joker command while walking through a door. I remember the area location mod froze on the fly too unless you went through a door, then it worked.

Does altering the file number whenever there's a folder path changes anything?
For those who might not know! All you have to do to cheat with the previous version of pcsx2 is to make a text file: http://www.wonderhowto.com/how-to/vi...mulator-78744/

Ahahaha, I used this and went into a different room and it wsa in a Loading Room loop trying to find out where Yoko was.
Also, VirusPunk, seeing as your code list doesn't have the PAL master code for Outbreak File #2, here it is along with some more PAL codes.

I converted the No Damage code from the Code Breaker website from CB v7 to raw. If anyone here wants to convert it to PAL be my guest.
Check the FAQ for the code.
No Damage literally makes enemy attacks go straight through you unharmed. Pretty useful when trying to make compilation videos or if you just wannna skim through a scenario unharmed.
EDIT:
Updated the guide with a basic tutorial on hacking float values.

There's a website, that you needed to register to for access, that recompiled all those codes and more, someone was adding new codes too, but it's been so long, I don't remember. Maybe someone will chime in. It was a very thorough list of cheat codes.
