Nemesis can't appear because when Rebecca starts your mission Jill explore the Clock Tower region and Nemesis is following her.

PIMP the new videos and dialogues are very slow to create so for now we don't have anything to show. And we don't show all work for now. Show very work broken the expectation to release.

Yesterday I had working in new dialogue. In this scene Rebecca have a conversation with surprise character in RPD Station few hours after the Jill exploration. When I have video for this I will post here!
