Resident Evil 4 codes ???

Does anyone have working codes for Resident Evil 4. I tried the codebreaker cheats on CodeTwink.com but they do not work for me. I don't use Action Replay,XPLODER or any of that, only CODEBREAKERs. So, can anyone help ?
