Dunno about the Updater thing. The X-men thing was a joke, since this is why was X banned.

I didn't say it was a good joke, mind.

The thread was created because people were curious as to why someone kept vanishing every couple of weeks or so. Of course, it's gotten a touch worse since then with an increase in folks and, therefore, morons.

^ from my understanding, its no so much him, more like "followers" of him. anyone with word "updater" in their name is probably connected to him or knows him one way or another. there are a lot out there on various forums. i think he was/is the orignal updater.
