I know he does, he even tried to hack my account on here as well. But surely the answer can't be to ban everyone from registering? He had an "episode" last night of making account after account but maybe he's decided to sleep.. go work.. get a life.. or something.

Ugh. He's just a tool. I don't know why he's so obsessed over THIA for. He's been banned many other places many times before, and just moved on. Went on to another site. This time, he won't give up. Maybe something snapped, who knows.

Well, he was trying to get in good with me. But then he was a total idiot and spammed the user page for Jills Boob and a couple other members. Now, hes admitted that he registered two accounts here (which is a no no) and the second one tried to log in as you, Alexia. So yeah, hes just a gamefaqs troll idiot. He claims innocence on the child porn account, but I doubt its Peter (the only other person who keeps coming back to THIA), since he signed his post with "Jeremy X".

In all honesty, I doubt he even accessed the child porn section of the site (the main homepage). If you go through a proxy site which has a bunch of random ones to choose from, it'll just spit you to the page your trying to visit. But your IP is still logged as visiting that server. So it might be someone trying to get the FBI after people who use proxies. Thats expecially true, since the server its on is in the USA.

I don't understand them myself, but essentially instead of directly connecting to the server THIA is hosted on someone using a proxy connect to something else, and then directs that proxy to connect to THIA so it read as though a different computer is being used.

As to how we know, I suspect it's one part evidence like I.P address Dot has managed to grab, one part the e-mails he sends Dot and one part the actions of the accounts, the frequency and a few other things.

I'm glad you reported him Dot. CP is very disturbing and disgusting. Saw some once on the /b/ board of 4chan...made me want to throw up. I hope they totally bust his ass. As for why he wont leave this place alone...he loves the attention he gets, good or bad. He knows it gets people going and it amuses him.
