When you say modify, do you mean the ranks after 54 or the whole list? Also as far as top dogs on the list, it should be either Chris or Wesker just because of game appearances and revelence.

I think the best way to start is to gather a list of characters by the games they appeared in. So everyone in RE4, everyone in RE5, etc.

I took missvalentine's list an arranged them by game appearance this way no one can bitch about which character is higher or lower. I also put characters that appeared in mutiple games with the last game the appeared in. I also left out characters from all the movies.
