PEGI Rates UC 18+, No German Release

Unfortunately, Umbrella Chronicles has been rated 18+ by PEGI, which now means Germany wont even see the game released. Its unfortunate news for German fans, but not an entirely unexpected outcome.

This game will not be available in Germany due to lack of a USK rating.

That really make me wonder: the game is already rated for adults, so no kid can, at least legally, play it.
So what's the point of banning it completely, so no one can play it? :/

WTF?! This is a surprise. I thought Australian censorship was bad!
I presume Germans use the 'pal system' like most of Europe though, so they can just import it from a neighboring country.
When ever a game or film gets censored or banned, it just makes me want it more. It makes me more determined to get it. It must have some great scenes in it.
This actually makes the game even more appealing to me (not that I didn't already want it). Now it's even cooler

no idea. but still pegi's ratings are only guidelines thats why i can buy pegi 16+ and 18+ in gameststion cause its only a guideline not a usbla crappy u must be 15 or 18 certif

that's the gr8 thing about you ebay etc, if ur under 18, you just need to go on their website and buy the game or movie from there.
or you could just get your mum to get it like me
i'm still waiting to hear if us europe would get at least a deal inwhich if you buy the u.c game you get the wii zapper for like half price or somthing.

Import from Austria if you're in Germany, if its gonna be like with RE4, least you'll get the uncensored game that way.
