I managed to pick up a few more magazines today. The September issue of EGM and more importantly the October issue of PSM. EGM has a small panel of info on RE4 (ps2):

Now for the big show, PSM has managed to get some new info on Resident Evil 5. The new details are:
-At least a couple notable gameplay changes from RE4.
-Introduction of a new type of enemy who can evidently run you down very quickly
-The major enemy throughout the game is a brand new type of adversary.
