Seemed to pick up to me anyway, by the time I actually joined the game had been out for a month or so and I never had any problems finding anyone. I was on at a random time though I guess, being 12 hours difference between myself and UK.

MGO was something I wanted to play alot, but by the time it finally got to Europe, a lot of interest had faded for me.

I played it for about 2 weeks after release, then I got a 360 and didn't touch it again. I tried it one last time about 2 months ago, before the servers went down, and there were a handful of games, all of which had "high level players". The kind who could headshot you everytime with ease.

Never the less, i'm looking forward to MGO on PS3, the MGS4 City Under Seige map looks so damn good. It was the best map in MGO.

I'm a big fan of the Outbreak games but never played them online. I've never even tried getting online with any game on my ps2. Next week when I've got some time I'll try to do it with both my ps2 & ps3. I guess it's now or never...
I'm not sure if my internet speed is fast enough or if I can even access the servers from here in Aus but I'll find out.
Maybe if it suddenly becomes really popular before the cut-off date they will reconsider scrapping it all together?

Outbreak (particularly the first one, kinda disliked the second) is definitely one of my top 5 favourite RE games. IMO, it also improved a bit on the old RE formula (although there's probably not going to be any more RE games with the old formula)

I'm definitely going to miss it. But I've stopped playing since school started, and for a while I've been going on-again-off-again (still, I'll miss having the option to go back and play it whenever).

Once Left4Dead is out, that should keep my online-zombie-killing needs satisfied.

Although IMO, they should re-release Outbreak for PC.
