Hacking Warning

I'm issuing this warning because in the community we have had a few MSN accounts and email's compromised. This seems to be spreading quite fast so I wanted to warn everyone before this got out of hand. It seems that a user is now targeting contacts in the Resident Evil communities. Be suspicious of any contacts on MSN, Email, or AIM that don't speak like themselves or ask you to register at a forum or chat room site. This is how the user gains access to your account.

Nemesis556 has been compromised, so any communication coming from his email and or MSN should be treated as suspect. Be smart and don't register on any forums as the user can see what password you choose and uses it on your email and MSN/AIM accounts.

This is NOT related to THIA, but since its affecting members who are registered here, it is likely that some of you may be contacted by a compromised account.

Maybe not really related but also be carefull with your accounts at forums. Seen a few cases of breaking in at that and last 2 happened at my own forum where first time they put porn hidden in the forumskin and second time they deleted ALOT of posts. Gladly BHXTyrant makes alot of backups. I just posted this so people stay alert at forums aswell.

Well I'm sure the person was doing it for a while. But it started with Maj from REC. Then it spread to Nemesis556, but when the guy tried to get people from THIA to join his chat we knew it wasn't Nemesis. Hes got some RE board compromised too, so if you register he can see what password you used then try to get your email account using the same password. Heres what Nemesis and the idiot discussed after Maj's account was compromised:

even before reading the convo, i thought you'd have to be sad to even hack ppls accounts. I don't know why ppl like to hack into other ppls accounts, its wrong and desperate. Even the ppl who try to hack into webcams to view a person that's not knowing you can view them is a bit weird :S
