I'm sure some secrets will get revealed, but I do think that there will be only a few mentions of Umbrella and the Progenator virus and such. The less Capcom give away the longer the story can be stretched. And the RE games, while never exactly story driven, are still moving towards more action and less story. RE4's story was exceptionally weak.

It'll probably be another RE4-esque sidestory and mini adventure, where characters from the universe work together to stop a seemingly unrelated plot involving new antagonists who'll be used for the benefit of this game, and never seen again in future installments, or have any long lasting effect on what remains of the so-called "story". Also Wesker.
