The trailer is out now, and it seems its just a mix of the previous three trailers that were released at E3. It does however show a few new scenes including a closeup of the long haired blond girl. You can check it out at IGN below.

There really isn't much to see, honestly.

Looks like her tongue at the moment. It's too small to be a gag of some kind... My guess (at the moment, base on the picture LC provided) would be that it's a case of glossitis (inflammation of the tongue) which could be caused by various things.

If she appears to be trying to remove something, then like in a previous trailer when a parasite was force fed into a guy, perhaps she too was force fed something, but because of whatever reason, it did not infect her or bind with her spine and take over her nervous system...

I liked the "new" trailer, I think we woun't be seeing any new videos for a while
