I like the look of the levels...but if the STARS (Wesker not included) didn't survive the mansion, Raccoon may have had an entirely different fate outside the outbreak. Or the outbreak could have occurred sooner...who knows. Though I liked the added touch of having some of the OB characters on the bus all together...it looked slightly out of place.

*shrug* I'm wary about fan projects like these but I'd watch some of the game footage. The idea of Leon being the main hero for the series is unsettling though. I'd rather it be Elza.

Raccoon City was doomed no matter what happened at the mansion. Even if the virus didn't spread from the forest into the town, Birkin would have still developed the G-virus and Hunks team would try to steal it. Thus causing the T-virus samples to be broken.

Personally, I think the alternate universe way of handling this is a fine idea. It gives Dominion free reign over what to do and doesn't limit him in what he can create. I'm for it, since I think it will ultimately lead to new and exciting situations.
