Except those are forums that have that next to it. Don't try and downplay its importance like a salesmen who tries to make an excuse for not having what you want.

Well if you go into the forum its kinda hard to miss the BOLDED topics which are new

Yeah but going through every forum like that sometimes marks topics as read that you haven't yet seen and also doesn't show you which ones you've been to yet. There's a reason why I used to do that and now just use the New Posts link on all the forums I go to. Try using it sometime, it's incredibly easier. It's also important if you're a mod and you need to make sure things are running in order, even in forums you don't have interest in.

No, I changed that with the forum upgrade. Now you must click on that topic in order for it to be marked as read, not just the forum its contained in.
