Sony Japan Offering Biohazard 5 Demo Among Others

I hear Japan's 360 store doesn't restrict demo's to the first week for gold members, so we should be good their unless their policy changed.

The demo for Operation Darkness was a locked thing when it hit Japan.

But Eternal Sonata (Trusty Bell) and Tales of Vesperia (both Namco Bandai) were not, so I guess it's entirely up to license holder/publisher or something to restrict these things as they see fit (or evt. based on what kind of deal they've got for LIVE distribution).

One thing it seems like people haven't thought of, though, is the fact that they might just region lock it too. So it'll check your IP/Local Settings to see whether or not you're trying to download it from within Japan or not.

I wish they would do something like this in the US. Eitherway I will have to wait for a demo.
