The first purge

I went ahead and removed any users who havent logged on in the past 30 days AND have a post count of 0. Since you dont need an account here to view the forum, these were just taking up space. To anyone who had their account removed, try posting at least once to avoid this.

Also you may notice a few things that are different. Smileys have been remade to fit the THIA theme which Ice is gonna apparently force upon everyone
