With the upcoming excitement leading up to the much anticipated release of Resident Evil 5 in all territories (bar Japan) on Friday the 13th March, Australian retailers have begun taking pre-orders for the limited and standard editions for Resident Evil 5. It appears that unlike previously reported, there will only be two editions for Australian customers.
The standard edition, which will get you just the game itself, will be available at a recommended retail price of AU$119.95, which is similar to Capcom's other titles, Bionic Commando and Street Fighter IV.
The collector's edition will retail for only $10 more, at a recommended retail price of AU$129.95. At a mere $AU10 extra, it may not be a whole lot of stuff extra, as the contents of the Australian collector's edition has yet to be verified.
Both SKUs are available for pre-order from certain retailers, but currently only dates for the PS3 and 360 versions have been confirmed - PC gamers, you'll have to just wait!
