Im a bit late on this but Capcom is releasing the full soundtrack to Biohazard 4 on December 22nd in Japan. You may remember Biohazard Sound Chronicles which also had some tracks from Biohazard 4 included, however this one boasts a full 62 tracks as opposed to 32 which the Sound Chronicles contained. The CD will be sold on two discs, and it comes with a "Visual Booklet" as well which appears to be 48 pages. No word yet if this will be a Japan only item.
