most pepole think it might be a G monster just because it has an eye does make a G monster Saddler had eye comeing out of his mouth and did not make him a G monster the same with Lisa ok she created the G vius and she had a eye on her back shoulder but she was not a G moster either

Eurogamer confirmed the leech-man as the first boss, you may actually have something. I mean, that more or less represents the P-virus or the T-virus, doesn't it?

I only entertain this theory, because well, I want it to happen. While I will say the way the mystery organ reveals itsef reminds me of a G-eye, I don't think it is. As people have said before, the behavior and appearance is not indicative of a G-mutant. Unless Wesker found a way to speed up and at the same time control mutation.

well, there could be a very common link in the viral infections with the "EYE" showing up on many creatures. I mean the G-Virus was discovered through the T-Virus from the Progenitor Virus. The Nemesis T virus was discovered through the european branch from the T-Virus. The CV-T Virus was also made from the discovery of the T virus. Well major influences all began with the Roots of the P-Virus. This has made it to where the virus's do share a common ground. Now the Plagas...im suprised they havent experimented with Las Plagas with any of the following virus's. Well im sure they have with the P-Virus since the game takes place where the discovery of all of it began.

Well, technically speaking...

Lisa is the source of the G-Virus and it can be argued that the eye on her back is actually on her shoulder and just out of place due to deformaties. She isn't a G-Monster but she has a few of the characteristics.
