Biohazard 2 PC to be re-released in Japan on DVD

Japan gets all the goodies, this time its a DVD version of Resident Evil 2 for the PC, which is rumored to contain high quality FMV cutscenes. No word on any other improvments or if it will hit the states yet (doubtful). Game Watch has the details (in Japanese).

I'll definitely "get" this, just for the high-quality cutscenes. Prerendered backgrounds are not improved, unfortunately. Why don't they include N64 version's Ex-files? That would finally make a complete version of RE2: With best possible graphics, the gallery, 4th Survivor, the Ex-Battle minigame and the Ex-files.

same here i'm gonna try my best to come up with the cash to get this one i really hope they added in the n64 ex files and stuff that would defintley make re2 complete
