RE5 Cinematic Director To Make Capcom Movie?

According to MTV Multiplayer, RE5 cinematic director is talking to game-maker Capcom about directing a film based on one of the company’s franchises.

I think that David Hayter said that he is going to write and direct the movie.

Maybe he's going to make a Devil May Cry movie? Lost Planet is taken by Hayter, like aris said, and Resi Evil 4 (the movie, not the game), as far as I'm aware is still being made by Paul WS Anderson and his team, so the only other big Capcom franchise I can think of that would be able to be made into an movie is DMC.
