Resident Evil's father working on new non-RE title

Capcom announced that Clover Studios are working on a new Action Adventure title by the name of "God Hand" for PS2.

The game is created by Shiniji Mikami and Atsushi Inaba..

The game puts you in the role of Jean, whom during an attempt to save a girl lost one of his arms, and later came in possession of the "God Hand".
Unfortunatly for Jean (but rather fortunate for beat'em up loving players) there are others who wants to get their hands on the God Hand.

I'm not liking the look of this either. Clover Studios looked to be a development studio who weren't into generic games (Okami + Viewtiful Joe) but now they've ruined that record.

Mikami needs to get back to RE methinks. Or maybe work on a new IP or something! Anything but this.

It might turn down like the the abysmal Cavia Inc's game, Beat Down.
