Readers might remember some time ago Capcom and the Red Cross organized an event where you could win Resident Evil 5 related goodies if you donated blood. Joystiq have made a report on that event, and they've put up a video or two and some interviews with fans that were available at the event.

I'm wondering why they decided they wanted geek blood... It's not like we're the most healthy of people out there. (Not to say you're all geeks, of course. )

the geeks probably have the purest blood out there, no outside anomilities or chances of STD's
