Chris isn't officially confirmed for RE DSC yet maybe the CV scenario will involve around Claire only but that's a longshot.

Resident evil by numbers: Send protagonist to a country where locals don't speak English, and try to solve the mystery as to what's going on.
PS. Don't tell Capcom it wasn't scary after about 5 minutes into RE4, and you realised they only had a few lines, and weren't really planning or scheming to get you.
PPS. Don't tell the kids about RE1-CV. RE history is being ret-conned before our very eyes!sigpic

As soon as I saw that there will be a South America scenario with Leon, right away I thought of Krauser. This may take place during or after the events of Code: Veronica (most likely a zombie outbreak, since Leon didn't meet the ganados until RE4). And most likely would we get the backstory on Krauser (not that I really care for the character honestly). The only thing that wouldn't make sense about the new South America scenario with zombies is that it would ruin the opening of RE4, since Leon was referring to the nightmare of Raccoon City, this would imply that he had another encounter with zombies before he met the ganados.

Well, cvxfreak pulled out all the stops and came up with a comprehensive look at appearance % of the main characters.
But how do we judge appearances fairly? Do we really count reissues or remakes as "separate, valid" appearances? What about non-canon entries? Do they count?
Looking at that chart, one can spin the information in numerous ways, depending on your personal vantage point.
EDIT: On a side note, I know that it is ultimately fruitless to debate information like this. And I have finals coming up so I'll just go ahead and withdraw now.Last edited by Jill's Boob; 04-15-2009, 02:12 PM.

I'm definitely looking forward to the RE2 and Code Veronica scenarios. This new South America scenario, I could care less about, because anything after Code Veronica in the RE Series is no longer Resident Evil to me.

You know, now I kinda hope that's the direction they would be going in.
Bring in the fact that a lot of the Nazi doctors and such escaped to South America post-WWII.
Spin things in the direction of some fictive nameless doctor that seems to've been affiliated with some of the more well known ones who hid themselves in various corners of South America and have him not having given up on his research...
Toss in Umbrella having an interest in this or some other related group having f-ed with stuff they shouldn't have and we'll have a mixture of nazi zombies and pissed off locals + maybe a resurrected and well-preserved Nazi Doctor to just make your day even worse than it already was!

Seriously, for the people here who simply can't handle the existence of Leon S Kennedy (and don't dig the Leon 'Coolosophy'), maybe you should find a new series to obsess over. DSC is covering RE2 and last time I played RE2, I'm pretty sure it had Leon in it...
The Sth.American mission could be interesting. There's a lot of possibilities there. I'm looking forward to it.
Online multi-player?
The Wii can go online?!
My Wii has never been able to establish a connection... It just dosn't work (and no, there's nothing wrong with my modem router or internet connection).
I don't really understand Capcom's apparent obsession with making every new RE game online. Surely there's still a market for single player off-line games. Although, I was always expecting a sequel to UC to be co-op.
