That was their original purpose, so they no doubt contain some nice trailers in high quality at the very least.

I got one of these just before RE5 was released to the West. Inside the box there's a Bio-Hazard containment bag, surgical gloves, a Tricell surgeons mask, skin sanitizer and two DVD's.

There's no art or trailers on the DVD's unfortunately (at least not in the versions I have), they're just two minute videos that have a woman's voiceover which narrates a joke scan of your computer for the Progenitor Virus. Just a promotional thing that was given to journalists in the run up to release, but I guess it would be cool to have it you're a hardcore collector.

They should release "Resident Evil 5 Declassified" with it really, the book was more interesting.

One funny quote from the 'suppression' video:
